Personal Use of County Vehicle Ends in Probation

BUFFALO, NY - Former Erie County (N.Y.) highway worker Douglas Naylon received three years of probation for the unauthorized used of a county vehicle, according to WGRZ TV.Naylon was sentenced in State Supreme Court and must pay nearly $3,000 in restitution and court costs. Naylon was found guilty of using an Erie County-owned truck for his own business while employed as the Aurora highway garage supervisor.
