Nevertheless, Salt Lake County Mayor Nancy Workman says she and other elected and appointed officials using county cars will turn in their SUVs by June 15. Salt Lake City's mayor, who drives his own lower-emission alternative-fuel vehicle, called the county's policies appalling, according to KSL TV.
