Westmoreland County, Pa., fleet drivers will have to complete safety driving classes after minor collisions before getting back behind the wheel, according to the city’s revised driver policy. The county wanted to crack down on minor collisions that resulted in more than $14,000 in repair costs for the 164-vehicle fleet in the past three years, Trib Live reported.

Repair costs have magnified because all scrapes and scratches on its leased vehicles have to reported and fixed. The county leases 91 vehicles.
