Ford Motor Co. is recalling 4,764 Ford F-650 and F-750 work trucks in the 2015-2016 model years so dealers can replace the parking brake cable connector clips, the automaker said.

The parking brake connector clips in some of the vehicles weren’t manufactured to the correct specifications and could break, resulting in unintended vehicle movement and an increased risk of injury, Ford said.

Ford, however, noted it isn’t aware of any accidents, injuries or fires related to this condition. A total of 4,654 of the recalled trucks are in the U.S. and federalized territories, while 110 are in Canada.

The recall includes certain F-650 and F-750 vehicles built at Escobedo Assembly Plant from Jan. 28, 2015, through April 23, 2015, and at Ohio Assembly Plant from Jan. 31, 2015, through Nov. 30, 2015.

Dealers will replace the connector clips at no cost to customers.
