WIX Filters, a manufacturer of filtration products, introduced new NanoPro technology. Initially featured in 33 heavy-duty air filter part numbers, the technology provides higher initial efficiency and a final efficiency of up to 99.99%.

“WIX’s commitment to innovation and continued advancement made this project truly unique,” said Donald Chilton, director of product management for WIX Filters. “This technology took a lot of careful consideration, research and adjustment to achieve the desired end result. The outcome? The first in a series of exceptionally efficient products. We’re thrilled to introduce these air filters into the heavy-duty market.”

The NanoPro green media is easily recognized and the filters come with metal or poly end caps. The filters are ideally suited for on and off-road applications, mines with fine or ultra-fine dust, construction sites and agricultural environments. Through a proprietary process, the NanoPro media features a unique fiber coating.

Additional NanoPro line advancements will be rolled out in the coming months. For more information on WIX, please visit wixfilters.com.
