FCA US is recalling 2,408 2015 model-year Ram ProMaster City vans because an installation issue may prevent the side air bag inflatable curtains from deploying properly during a crash, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports.

Dealers will modify the installation to resolve the problem, free of charge.

The recall affects Ram ProMaster City vans manufactured from Nov. 6, 2014, to March 17 of this year, NHTSA said. The recall is expected to begin June 12.

Van owners can reach Chrysler customer service at (800) 853-1403. The automaker’s number for the recall is R19.
