J. J. Keller Hires Director of Government Markets

NEENAH, WI – J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of risk and regulatory management products, publications, and services, is pleased to announce that Colleen Morton has joined its organization as Director of Government Markets.

Morton is responsible for building and leading all aspects of the new Government Markets Department and will work with the company’s business units to develop customized product and service solutions for the government sector.

Morton brings a wealth of government-related experience to J. J. Keller, having been a lead consultant with National Strategies, LLC, a nationally recognized Washington, D.C. consulting firm. She has worked in the government, nonprofit, and business sectors on infrastructure and regulatory issues for most of her career. Morton has also managed U.S. government-funded economic development projects all over Latin America and in Egypt.

Morton received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., and her master’s degree in international political economy from the University of Washington in Seattle.
