Mark Stephens, CAFM, was recently appointed Transportation Services Manager for Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) in Everett, Wash.
He will direct a staff of 32 in the acquisition, disposal, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, including the recommendation and implementation of fleet policy and practices. Transportation Services is responsible for 550 vehicles and pieces of equipment covering a 1,600-square-mile service territory.
Stephens will report to Frank Castro, CAFM, who has been promoted to senior manager for distribution and engineering shared services.
