Dept. of Homeland Security Expands Fleet Technology

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is in the process of equipping its Detention and Removal Operation fleet of 4,500 vehicles with Fleet Management Solutions' (FMS) mobile resource management system.
The system is designed to manage remote fleets in real time, reduce operating costs, and enhance the safety and security of assets, according to the company.
FMS said its solutions have also been deployed by the U.S. State Department.
