Gabriel’s FleetLine 83000 Series shocks are designed as a direct replacement for commercial factory shocks in class 3-6 truck applications.

FleetLine shocks feature a valving rate that compensates for initial truck suspension softening to provide performance that matches or exceeds original equipment specs and quality standards, according to Gabriel.

Other features include forged solid steel, 360-degree arc-welded eye rings and end mounts, a pressurized piston ring that compensates for wear and a multi-lip piston rod seal.

The 83000 series has a 1 3/8-inch bore, designed for light or heavy truck suspensions. It has a hydraulic stop that inhibits shocks from topping out and suspension from over-extending. Ten-stage valving provides improved comfort and control, durability in harsh operating environments and self-cleaning functionality for long life.
