RICHMOND, VA – Richmond City Council on Oct. 22 approved the purchase of land to house a new Department of Public Works’ Division of Fleet Management maintenance facility, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. The building the City plans to purchase is only a few years old and is designed for fleet maintenance.
