Belen City Trucks Targeted for Theft & Vandalism

BELEN, NM - Ten of the City of Belen's vehicles have been burglarized or stolen in the past three months; seven trucks have been damaged and three totaled, according to the ABQJournal.

Employees are now driving City trucks home in an effort to keep them in a safer location. Neighboring cities are reported to be experiencing similar problems, the newspaper reported.
