BARTOW, FL - Polk County Fleet Management held an Open House for citizens and County employees in September. At this event, Fleet Management and its technical staff were formally recognized by the County Commission attendees for receiving the 8th consecutive ASE Blue Seal Award for Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and for being named as No. 3 of the 100 Best Fleets in North America.
Fleet Management's 25 technicians have amassed a total of 221 ASE certifications, according to Bob Stanton, CPM, CPFP, director of Polk County Fleet Management.
