Golf Outing Oct. 20 for NAFA PSW Chapter

TUSTIN, CA - The NAFA Pacific Southwest Chapter will hold its annual Outing & Management Meeting Oct. 20 at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, Calif.

Richard Alaniz, senior partner at Alaniz and Schraeder, a national labor and employment law firm based in Houston, will give a presentation entitled, "Is Your Fleet Exposed? Legal Implications That Affect Your Fleet Policies."

Alaniz has been at the forefront of labor and employment law for more than 30 years. He was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor and served on the President's Cost of Living Council during the Nixon Administration. He also held prominent posts within the National Labor Relations Board, first in Washington, D.C. and later in Minneapolis, where he coordinated the NLRB's enforcement actions in the five-state Midwestern region.

Dress is casual for all events and locker room facilities are available.

The pre-registration fee of $100 includes breakfast, meeting, box lunch, golf, and dinner. Register with Karen Wallace via e-mail ([email protected]), phone (949-453-6200), or fax (949-453-6299). A $35 pre-registration fee is available for those who do not want to play golf. Checks should be made payable to NAFA Pacific SW Chapter.

Reservations are due no later than Thursday, Oct. 14.
