TruckVault offers a spare access lift system with its TruckVault storage cabinets for the Ford Explorer and Ford Police Interceptor Utility. The lift technology uses air assist cylinders to assist in lifting the cabinets to access the spare tire.

The lift system is available on Explorer models from the 2011 model year forward. The lifts retail for $595 for the civilian Explorer and $495 for the P.I. Utility lift.

The TruckVault storage cabinets are offered various configurations, including standard and medium heights, the Investigator, the Chief Command Center, and the Special Ops Command Center cabinets to securely store patrol and tactical weapons or gear.

The standard and medium height cabinets are available as one drawer, two drawers, or two offsetting drawers. Width ranges from 40-48 inches and the cabinets weigh 150 to 250 pounds.
