North Carolina Considers Bill to Consolidate Fleet

North Carolina legislators are considering a bill to that aims to reform oversight of State-owned vehicles. The bill would enforce recommendations made in earlier reports by the State's Program Evaluation Division and lead to a consolidation of the fleet and expansion of the role of the fleet department.
