Florida State University Using Honda Civic Natural Gas in Research Program

TALLAHASSEE, FL – Florida State University has purchased a Honda Civic Natural Gas sedan for research purposes, as part of the school’s Sustainable Campus Initiative. Staff members who drive the CNG will keep gas mileage logs and compare them with those from other university vehicles.

The campus is just beginning its fleet sustainability efforts, with a total of three electric vehicles and 29 vehicles capable of running on E-85, out of a total of 576 vehicles in the fleet.
