Beverly Hills Opens CNG Fueling Station and Replaces Four Refuse Trucks With CNG Models

The City of Beverly Hills, Calif., recently opened its new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station. The new station will fuel the City’s growing fleet of CNG vehicles, which now includes four new refuse trucks.

Calif. to Halve Passenger Vehicle Fleet

SACRAMENTO, CA - Governor Jerry Brown issued an executive order on Jan. 28 ordering an immediate halt to non-emergency new car purchases and turn-in of fleet cars not essential to state business. The governor plans to cut California's 11,000-unit passenger vehicle fleet in half.
