EDEN PRAIRIE, MN – Goodall Mfg. introduces Fleet-Start, a jump starting machine designed for heavy-duty jumpstarting. Technicians can use it for semi-trucks, delivery trucks, and fleets, anywhere jumpstarting is required.
The Fleet-Start uses patented, specialized technology to give users more jumpstarting power than batteries alone, the company stated. Its modular design allows for easy access and hassle-free in-field maintenance, according to Goodall. Goodall's “Safe-Start” technology is designed to protect fleet vehicles' electronics and has been tested under extreme conditions, the company stated.
"The Fleet-Start replaces the Purkeys Fleet Electric, 'Lightning In A Box,' but still has the ability to jumpstart up to 40 vehicles with no issues, before it needs to be recharged,” said Bruce Purkey, CEO of Purkey’s Fleet Electric.
