BELLEVUE, WA – The Bellevue Police Department has added a T3 Motion Law Enforcement Vehicle to its fleet. The department made the purchase with donated funds from the Bellevue Police Foundation. The T3 cost the department $13,166. The T3 is three-wheel vehicle that can carry up to 450 lbs., can turn in place, and has a maximum speed of 18 mph. Bellevue’s T3 has police lights and a siren.

T3 is a nice design, I saw the potential of electric transportation 20 years ago, built a few designs, adopted "Washington State Bicycle Law" (see ESB 5450) suggest the T3 be charged at 220 AC since it's 6 Times faster... See you around.
specs for my 14 year old design, On-board generator, saddle bags, designed for 3 people, top speed 20 miles an hour, charge time 90 minutes.
