Texas Bans Cell Phone Use in School Zones

ARLINGTON, VA - Effective Sept. 1, all drivers in Texas school crossing zones are banned from talking on hand-held phones and texting, according to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

Washington Police Chief Checks Blackberry, Hits Car

TACOMA, WA – Federal Way Police Chief Brian Wilson caused a wreck as a result of checking his BlackBerry while driving, according to The News Tribune.
