Former Richmond Official Sues City, Claims Defamation about City Vehicle Use

RICHMOND, VA – The former emergency management director accuses the City of giving reporters selective and damaging information about a $500 monthly automobile allowance received in addition to city vehicle access, according to the Richmond Times Dispatch.
