Culver City Named Best Government Green Fleet in North America

Culver City has been a progressive leader in its commitment to using natural gas as its fuel of choice for its entire fleet, including refuse and public works trucks, standard autos, and buses.

CULVER CITY, CA - The City of Culver City was recently named the #1 Green Fleet in North America for 2009 by the Best Green Fleets National Fleet Certification Program and the U.S. Clean Cities Coalition.

Birmingham to Lease CNG Garbage Trucks

BIRMINGHAM, AL – The City of Birmingham will lease 70 natural gas-fueled garbage and rubbish trucks and apply for a $5 million federal grant to build a compressed natural gas station, according to the Birmingham News.

Clean Energy Sees New CA Low Carbon Fuel Standard as Benefit to Natural Gas Vehicle Industry Growth
