It is time to submit your application for the 2012 Government Fleet Magazine 100 Best Fleets Recognition Program. We know it takes time and dedication to complete this process. The 100 Best Fleets program winners will be announced during a special ceremony at the Government Fleet Expo & Conference June 18-20, 2012 in Denver – www.govfleetexpo.com. We hope to see you out at the conference. All applicants will qualify for a registration discount. Winners will also be featured in a special issue of Government Fleet magazine.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY.
The deadline for submissions is March 15, 2012. We will not accept any applications sent in after this date. We are excited by all of the great things we have been seeing and hearing about in the last year. Now is the time for you to brag about them.
Please read the entire form as some of the rules/parameters have changed in an effort to improve the process. The larger fields are limited to 2500 characters each (including spaces). We will not accept additional information, attachments or forms with your initial submission. The judges need only the most important information. We know this is difficult, but our judges are limited in how much time they can spend with each application.
IMPORTANT: Since internet connections can be unreliable and browsers can time out, we highly recommend editing your information in a Word document and then coping/pasting it into the online form once it is perfect. You will lose all of your edits if you work directly in your browser and an unexpected issue occurs. Keep in mind, the final form will not allow word formatting such as bolds, bullets, colors, etc.
