HUDSONVILLE, MI- SoundOff Signal has introduced a new Lightbar, the ETL 5000. This LED Lightbar was designed from input gathered from public safety professionals throughout the industry and was recently enhanced to add a split arrow option, which activates the upper row of LEDs in all the rear arrow modules against the bottom row of LEDs.
