Founded
in 1979 as a fleet maintenance consulting firm, the Company is recognized
as one of the early pioneers and inventors of fleet maintenance management
software for the personal computer, with its first presentation of a fleet
maintenance management software in 1980 in the CPM operating system. Started
as a fleet management consulting company serving private and public fleets
with maintenance management operational and organizational services, Arsenault
Associates has become known as a national leader in fleet maintenance
technologies and is regularly referenced in national industry trade journals
and magazines.
Today
the Company's mission is to invent, develop and deploy innovative solutions
to assist fleet-dependent companies to reduce their fleet operating costs
and equipment downtime. Its family of software technology and service
products under the brand named "Dossier" are among the best
known, most widely used systems of its kind in North America.

- 1980:
Fleet Analysis was one of the nation's first fleet maintenance software
applications for use with a personal computer that documented fleet
assets and analyzed operating costs and cost per mile.
- 1984:Maintenance
Magic was one of the first fleet maintenance data processing services
and marketed as one of the first stand-alone fleet programs for the
PC in the DOS operating system.
- 1986:
Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software is one of the first fleet maintenance
management programs that integrated with automated fuel island systems
for the importation of fuel & meter data.
- 1989:
Introduced the first fleet maintenance parts bar coding system using
double stick piggyback labels.
- 1994:
America Fleet On-Line service was one of the nation's first Windows-based,
interactive client/server on-line bulletin board dedicated specifically
to the surface transportation industry. It helped set the trend for
the many Internet applications used by commercial fleets today.
- 1999:
24/7 Fleet Online is one of the first online Application Service Provider
(ASP) solutions for fleet maintenance allowing fleets to run the Dossier
software program over the Internet, from anywhere.
- 2003:
Pocket Dossier is one of the first hand-held, wireless, bar-code enabled
fleet maintenance applications built around an off the shelf PDA.
- 2004:
Pocket Dossier is deployed over cell phone technology.
- 2004:
Dossier Onboard is the first commercially available integration of an
on-board-computer and a fleet maintenance program that allows vehicles
to report and document their own maintenance issues in real time without
human intervention using selectable Wi-Fi, cellular and/or satellite
communications.
- 2004:
Dossier is the first fleet maintenance software to have an automated
interface with Comdata’s virtual MasterCard system to provide a
secure payment system to handle road service vendor invoices.
