City Replacing Vehicles After 52,000 Miles

ELGIN, IL – Naperville’s City Council voted to spend $222,000 for 10 replacement vehicles with about 52,000 miles on them, according to The Courier News.

City staff recommended the purchases, saying the new models will be more fuel-efficient. These were mostly pickup trucks used by Department of Public Works employees.
