University of Wisconsin Fleet Runs a Solar Powered Maintenance Vehicle

MADISON, WI – The University of Wisconsin has in its fleet of vehicles a solar powered maintenance vehicle. It may not be powerful enough to run errands in, but it points toward a possible gas free future, according to www.necn.com.

Car companies are already looking at using solar power strips on their cars to power features such as air conditioning.
